State Line Bag Company Return Policy
It is our goal to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you receive a size inconsistent with order placed we will exchange them at no cost to you. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Item's must be returned unopened and with all paperwork. Items that have been opened and/or incomplete are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you have a question regarding a potential return please send an email to sales@statelinebag.com, with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. Valid refunds will be credited to product cost only and is not applicable to shipping or other fees.
State Line Bag Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
State Line Bag Payment Terms & Conditions
At State Line Bag, we offer many payment options to best serve you. Please note, some orders may be subject to a transaction fee dependent on the processing fee required by each partner (PayPal, Authorize.net etc.)
Certain additional fee's may apply:
- $50 fee for change of delivery after shipment has left our warehouse
- For Custom Bag & Print Job orders - a 20% cancellation fee will apply after orders have been placed & subsequently canceled.
